The Office of Emergency Management is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.  

Multnomah County Office of Emergency Management does not coordinate Police and Fire Emergency Services.  For Police and Fire non-emergency requests or inquiries, call 503.823.3333.  If you are experiencing a life threatening event, call 9-1-1.

24/7 STAFF DUTY OFFICER: (503) 988-6700, select option 1 and wait to be transferred to the Duty Officer (this may take up to 10 seconds).  The duty officer serves as a point of contact for emerging or ongoing incidents that affect Multnomah County.

If you are requesting services provided by Multnomah County departments, please call the City and County Information and Referral line at 503.823.4000.  Additional information about health or human services for situations that do not pose an immediate danger to life or health can also be obtained by calling 211 Information at 503.222.5555.
