Multnomah County offers blogs, interactive community forums, and other social software tools for educational, cultural, civic and recreational purposes. These social software tools provide a limited (or designated) public forum to facilitate the sharing of ideas, opinions and information about county-related subjects and issues. Multnomah County social software is intended to create a welcoming and inviting online space where users can interact with other interested citizens and county staff for civic engagement. Comments are moderated by county staff and staff reserve the right to remove comments that are unlawful or off topic.
Social software is defined as any web application, site or account offered by the county that facilitates the sharing of opinions and information about county related subjects and issues.
