Too Much Stuff: Clearing a Path to Recovery is a free day-long training that can help. Presented by the Multnomah County Hoarding Task Force, the event will be hosted by Lee Shuer and Bec Belofsky Shuer. Topics covered include:

  • Personal stories
  • Stigma, language and empathy
  • Diagnostics, co-morbidities and understanding hoarding disorder
  • Self care approaches for people in recovery
  • Comfort agreements and compromise
  • Housing concerns
