Are you interested in overcoming clutter and/or hoarding disorder?
Too Much Stuff: Clearing a Path to Recovery is a free day-long training that can help. Presented by the Multnomah County Hoarding Task Force, the event will be hosted by Lee Shuer and Bec Belofsky Shuer. Topics covered include:
- Personal stories
- Stigma, language and empathy
- Diagnostics, co-morbidities and understanding hoarding disorder
- Self care approaches for people in recovery
- Comfort agreements and compromise
- Housing concerns
