2019 ACHP Community Meeting
This will be our 9th Annual Community Meeting and will be held on July 23rd. We want as many providers to come and participate as possible, so we are offering a morning and an afternoon session. Please register here or call 503-988-3000.
This year we will introduce the new tools from the 18 month Goal Plan and review the ACHP provider survey. We want to focus on the areas outlined in The Code of Conduct. Our discussions will center on how we move forward in the coming year in building in stronger collaborations.

Morning Session: Sign-in opens 8:30 am – Meeting 9:00 am- Noon
Afternoon Session: Sign-in opens 1:00 pm - Meeting 1:30 pm-4:30 pm
Where: Gresham City Hall, 1333 NW Eastman Parkway, Gresham - Springwater, Oregon Trail and Barlow Rooms
Transportation Details: Free parking on site, and on Blue Max Line, Gresham City Hall Stop
