September 29, 2022

The Advisory Council will be composed of peer stakeholders, business and community members, first responders, community providers, and culturally-specific providers.
We are happy to announce that we are opening the application process for membership to an advisory council to support the Behavioral Health Resource Center (BHRC). The council will be made up of stakeholders in our community who contribute their voices toward this innovative project.

The Behavioral Health Resource Center is a welcoming and safer place for people experiencing behavioral health challenges and houselessness.

The drop-in day center opened in December 2022, and a overnight shelter and bridge housing programs will open in 2023.

The center prioritizes meeting basic needs in the short-term, while working with partners to access more stable support in the long-term.

Services are inclusive, low-barrier, safer, trauma-informed and culturally responsive in order to assist individuals experiencing serious behavioral health challenges, complex trauma and houselessness.
