- make employment data more accessible and transparent
- understand major employment trends in an effort to help the County plan for a workplace that is productive and supportive for all employee

The FY 2020 - FY 2022 Multnomah County Employment Trends Report summarizes three fiscal years of County Human Resources data to examine trends in county workforce demographics and hiring, promotions, separations, and other employee movements. The report includes highlights demographic differences and changes over time using statistical analyses.
