Q. Every time I try to run a Program Offer report from the report center nothing happens.

Q. How do I add a Program Offer document to the system?

A. In order to add a Program Offer document to the system your department's Business Manager will need to contact the Budget Office.

Q. How do I add a new cost object or 5-digit fund to the system?

A. Submit a form requesting a new cost object or fund.  Request forms can be found on the Questica webpage.

Q. How do I add a new position to the system?

A. Submit a form requesting a new position.  Request forms can be found on the Questica webpage.

Q. How do I change the FTE or JCN on a position?

A. Submit a form requesting a FTE or JCN change.  Request forms can be found on the Questica webpage.

Q. What if I have a long list of cost objects or position changes to add to the system?

A. Call your Budget Office Analyst as there may be a more efficient way to collect large data sets.

Q. How do I change the cost of a position?

A. The cost of positions in Questica are automatically calculated based on the FTE, JCN, and, if applicable, employee attributes of a position.  Position costs are automatically added to a Program Offer based on the percentage of the position you allocate in the Position Changes Grid.  To change the cost of a position you can manually add line items in cost elements 60000, 60130, and 60140 in the Operating Changes Grid.  For special circumstances or questions please contact your Budget Office analyst.
