Allison Conkling headshotAllison is a native Oregonian, born and raised in Portland. She came to Multnomah County from the private sector in 2014, starting as an assistant in the Land Use Planning Division and serving as the first point of contact for all guests to the Department of Community Service Yeon Facility. 

In 2015, she joined Multnomah County Animal Services’ client services division before being promoted to Director’s Assistant in 2016. The next year she was nominated to attend the Multnomah County Leadership Academy and was the project manager for the Customer Service Initiative team.

In early 2018, Allison had the opportunity to temporarily fill in as Chair Deborah Kafoury's constituent service coordinator and administrative support staff. She joined the office on a full-time basis as the Chair’s scheduler and office manager in the fall of 2018.

Allison spends her free time enjoying the love of her family and friends, cooking, baking delectable treats to share with colleagues, going on outdoor adventures and traveling.
