Governor signs new Oregon law banning use of e-cigs indoors and sales to minors

On May 27, Gov. Kate Brown signed a new law banning the use of e-cigarettes indoors in Oregon, including in cars with minors. Sales to people under 18 are also illegal.

Beginning April 5, using vape pens, e-cigarettes and other inhalant delivery systems is prohibited in any workplace in Multnomah County where smoking is already banned.
