Multnomah County’s draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2017-18 program year on activities related to federally funded housing and community development activities is available for public review.
Public comments will be accepted by phone or by email beginning Tuesday, September 4, 2018 until September 26, 2018 at 4:30 pm. The public is also invited to provide comments at a Public Hearing scheduled for 4:00 – 4:30 pm, Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at The Grotto Conference Center– Auditorium, 8840 NE Skidmore Street, Portland OR, 97220
