Multnomah County’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program is accepting applications for potential housing and community development projects in Fiscal Year 2018-2019.

Multnomah County expects to have $300,000 in CDBG funds available in FY 2018-19. The primary goals of the program are to enhance viable communities, public facilities improvements, assist with the housing rehabilitation, and provide funds for public services.

Below you will find application packet materials for three categories of funding allocations for the Multnomah County CDBG program:

  • Public Services
  • Public Facilities & Improvements

Estimated funding available in each of these categories is described in the cover memo for each of application packets.

Applications are due at 4:30pm, Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at the Multnomah County Lincoln Building Office, 421 SW Oak Street, 1st Floor Reception Desk. Funding will be available after July 1, 2018.
