About the Juvenile Services Division (JSD)

The juvenile justice system in Multnomah County is a national leader in developing programs and services that contribute to countywide reductions in recidivism and racial and ethnic disparities in the justice system.

Juvenile Services staff screen juvenile cases, prepare reports for the courts, supervise youth on probation, and collaborate with community organizations to maximize effective services and positive outcomes.
