Lara Media Services (LMS) is partnering with Multnomah County Animal Services (MCAS) to listen to what you have to say about MCAS.
LMS is a Latina/Woman owned and operated organization that works closely with communities to amplify their voices and making sure that they are being heard across the state of Oregon.
There are multiple opportunities for anonymous participation. Compensation will be provided for the first 300 eligible participants.
Survey Opportunity
Provide feedback in a survey about MCAS practices and services.
$10 compensation. Participate in the survey through July 5.

Online Focus Groups - June 28
We are offering online round tables to listen your opinions and experiences regarding animal services and review their current practices, including:
- Customer service
- Quality of animal care
$100 compensation for eligible participants
Our goal is to have a more equitable and inclusive service towards communities and our animals by listening to what you have to say about animal services.
Requirements (at least one):
- Work for an Agency partnered with MCAS
- MCAS volunteers, or
- Past and current MCAS staff

Interviews
Interviews will be conducted until early July, and will take place using Zoom.
Requirements (at least one):
- Reside in Multnomah County and have had an experience interacting with Multnomah County Animal Services
- Work for an agency partnered with MCAS
