Rosa has been working at Multnomah County since May 2021 after working at nonprofits centered around public health and rural communities in California. Rosa has a commitment to financial equity and diminishing barriers to access for internal and external partners of Multnomah County. As the ERG Governance Coordinator, Rosa works with Employee Resource Groups to help develop community hubs for Multnomah Employees. Having benefitted first-hand from the joys of ERG's, Rosa is passionate about all employees having access to ERG's and ERG's having the support needed to thrive.
