Multnomah County VAN Employee Resource Group Sign Up

VAN-Vital Aging Network is our only Employee Resource Group that allows members that have retired from Multnomah County. This membership rule is outlined in their charter. Please complete this form if you are retired form Multnomah County and would like to join VAN. If you are a current employee please Visit Multco Commons where you can read more about how to register for participation in an employee resource group. 

Multnomah County Retiree please give us a little information about yourself along with an email address. After completing the form, click on the Submit. The Office of Diversity and Equity will process your request and connect you with the VAN ERG.
