Haley joined the Logistics Division in February 2022. Prior to joining Multnomah County Emergency Management, Haley worked in non-profit property management, supporting people experiencing houselessness during their transition into stable housing. She has a bachelor of arts degree in English from Portland State University. Haley is from Portland and enjoys biking, hiking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
