After completing her Master’s degree in Emergency Disaster Management from American Military University, Yvette joined MCEM in 2022 as an Emergency Management Planner. An active member of the Military (Army National Guard and Reserves, 13yrs respectively), she plans to use her education and experience to assist Multnomah County with all unexpected emergencies and disasters. Her involvement with disaster recovery has spanned 14 years, including membership with the Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team (DMORT). She is excited to work in this capacity at the county level to assist her community.
