• Regular, represented employees shall become eligible after completing 30 days of continuing service.
  • Regular, non-represented employees shall become eligible after completing 30 days of continuing service.
  • Limited Duration employees shall become eligible after completing 30 days of continuing service.
  • Regular employees transferring a 457 or other retirement account from another employer shall become eligible after completing 30 days of continuing service.
  • Temporary, on-call, intern and seasonal employees are not eligible.
  • New County hires who hire directly into Local 88, ONA 22 or DSA 117 representation and are in a regular position, will be automatically enrolled. Auto enrollment does not apply to employees who are "rehired" or "transferred into a Local 88, ONA 22 or DSA 117" representation position. Deadline to opt-out is 31 days from your hire date.
