On September 9, Multnomah County Chair Deborah Kafoury and Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler met with legislators, behavioral health experts and consumers to reflect on the progress, solutions and ongoing challenges to improving our behavioral health system.
This forum focused on our crisis system, and setting values for a well-coordinated, integrated continuum of care.
