The Recognize, Engage, Aspire to Change (REACH) -- formerly supervises high risk males and gang-involved/impacted youth. REACH (formerly called RISE) holds youth accountable utilizing evidence-based interventions and culturally appropriate services. REACH partners with community agencies to coordinate treatment (e.g. mental health and drug abuse) and interventions designed to address anti-social behavior.
