Point-In-Time counts provide a snapshot of people experiencing homelessness in Multnomah County on any given night. These counts are conducted on a bi-annual basis and include people sleeping cars, outside, in abandoned buildings, as well as those sleeping in shelters.
The next Point-In-Time Count will be January 25th - 31st, 2023. This year's count will be coordinated by the Homelessness Research and Action Collaborative at Portland State University. Click here for more information and resources about the 2023 Point-In-Time count.
