If you are submitting an application, pre-file request, or pre-application request, please email it to us at LUP-Submittals@multco.us, or send it by US Mail. A planner will contact you within 3-4 business days with instructions for providing payment for emailed applications.
Land use applications that are mailed or emailed will not be identified as "received" until payment is received. Applications will be date stamped with the date payment is received. If electronic payment is submitted outside of regular business hours (M-F 8:00am-400pm, excluding holidays), the application will be date stamped on the first business day following payment.
