This program offer will enhance DCJ’s ability to work collaboratively with other parts of the Criminal Justice System by reducing current caseload sizes and increasing supervision capacity of targeted low and limited risk offenders. The proposal provides increased capacity for PO’s to work with victims of these low and limited risk cases and provide them with the assistance and information that is needed; and to pursue more aggressively the collection of restitution payments.
