County clinics and east county libraries close at 5 pm today

Due to dropping temperatures and inclement weather in east county, Multnomah County libraries in Gresham, Fairview and Troutdale will close at 5 pm today for the safety of our customers, clients and employees.  All county clinics will also close at 5 pm today.   The weather situation is dynamic and could lead to changes in business hours on Friday.
