Gresham Voting Center Express is open May 1 - 16 for the May 16, 2023 Special District Election.

Multnomah County, Ore. - Beginning today, May 1, the Voting Center Express at 600 N.E. 8th St. in downtown Gresham is open for the May 16, 2023 Special District Election.
At the Voting Center Express, located inside the Multnomah County East Building, voters can return their ballot or get a new ballot to replace one that has been lost or damaged. Voters can also update their voter registration information. Those who have a disability can get assistance, while voters who speak a language other than English can get assistance in their preferred language.
Elections staff are also available for questions or any other elections-related support.
The Voting Center Express in Gresham is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Leading up to the May 16 Special District Election, both the Gresham Voting Center Express and the Multnomah County Duniway-Lovejoy Elections Building at 1040 S.E. Morrison St. in Portland will offer extended hours:
- Saturday, May 13, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- Monday, May 15, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Election Day, Tuesday, May 16, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
The Voting Center Express only accepts ballots during open hours. The nearest 24-hour Official Ballot Drop Site to the Voting Center Express is in the parking lot at the Gresham Library at 385 N.W. Miller Ave. To find other Multnomah County Official Ballot Drop Sites, visit multco.us/dropsites.
You can also mail your ballot with free postage. Voted ballots must be postmarked by May 16, 2023, and received within seven days to be counted. Ballots can also be delivered to the Multnomah County Duniway-Lovejoy Elections Building or any Official Drop Site in Oregon by 8 p.m. on Election Night, May 16, 2023.
Multnomah County Elections can provide an interpreter free of charge to anyone who needs help voting in a language other than English. Additional voting and elections information is now available in 18 languages online at multco.us/education-and-outreach.
Five Official Ballot Drop Sites have moved due to library construction; still over 30 locations to serve you
Don’t forget that the locations of five Official Ballot Drop Sites have changed due to library construction projects made possible by a voter-approved library bond, including:
- Albina Library: The Official Ballot Drop Site has been moved outside. It is now located on N.E. Knott Street.
- Central Library: The Official Ballot Drop Site has been moved outside. It is now located on S.W. 11th Avenue, on the west side of the library.
- Holgate Library: The Official Ballot Drop Site is located in the plaza of the Portland Mercado at S.E. Foster Road and S.E. 72nd Avenue.
- Midland Library: The Official Ballot Drop Site is located in the parking lot of the Hansen Building at N.E. Glisan Street and N.E. 122nd Avenue.
- North Portland Library: The Official Ballot Drop Site is located at the corner of N. Killingsworth Street and N. Kerby Avenue on the Portland Community College campus.
