Jaycob Padron
Jaycob Padron is a Systems Change consultant | Program Specialist Senior for the Multnomah Idea Lab (MIL).
For over 20 years Jaycob has focused on helping low-income communities improve their environments, health, safety, and comfort. With nearly as many years of project management experience he centers race in all decisions.
Jaycob’s journey at Multnomah county began in 2013 where he joined a diversity and equity group, fell in love with the movement, and continues to seek ways to help support and build a more inclusive, safe, and diverse workforce. Jaycob feels very fortunate to call the MIL home where he is afforded a tremendous opportunity to leave the community better off than when he started.
