Maggie WilliamsMaggie Photo

Research & Evaluation Analyst Senior

Maggie was raised by public servants - a beloved children’s librarian and the national historian for the forest service - and never seriously considered being anything else. She’s worked for the State of Oregon, the City of Portland, an education consulting firm, a labor-management trust serving in-home care workers, and earned her master’s in public policy along the way. She now finds home in the Multnomah Idea Lab, bringing together her research and analysis skills with a dedication to closing equity gaps at the intersections of race, gender, poverty, and disability.

Maggie lives in North Portland with her muppet of a dog, and spends as much time as possible with her friends who are family and her family who are friends. She enjoys good wine, bad movies, traveling near and far, cannot resist a photo booth, and makes spreadsheets for fun. She is trying to care less about sports.
