Why did you join the MYC?
I have always believed that young people have the responsibility to speak out and take action on the issues that will affect the world today and in the future. After doing this largely by myself for a number of years, I am excited to join the MYC to work with other engaged youth who want to advocate tirelessly for teens in Multnomah County to enact meaningful and lasting change.
What is one goal you have for the next year on the MYC?
During my first year on the MYC I hope to improve my awareness of the issues surrounding the work of different committees so that I can make an effective contribution.
