Why did you join the MYC?
I joined the MYC because I felt that I needed to have more leadership experience, in addition I joined the MYC so that I would be able to speak and advocate for the people in my community and others such as refugees and immigrants in the state of Oregon as I am a refugee and I know the experience of being in a foreign country with a language barrier.
What is one goal you have for next year?
My one goal for MYC this upcoming year is to be able to expand and nourish my ability to speak in front of people, be able to continue and widen my leadership experience with others, and to collaboratively work with my fellow MYCer's.
