Why did you join the MYC?
I joined the MYC because I want to be more politically engaged and learn the processes involved in political decision making in order to understand how I can best make a difference in my community. Additionally, I want to find a community of like minded individuals who share a passion for community engagement and social justice. Lastly, I’ve seen the work that MYC has done and how it’s had an influence in getting the voices of youth heard, and I want to have my voice heard

Ambitious, leader, empathetic
Who inspires you?
My mother and grandmother inspire and motivate me as well as Dr. Azizah Al-Hibri.
What is an issue/movement that is important to you?
The movement for gender equity is important to me.
If you could eat one food for the rest of your life what would it be?
Ramen noodles, especially the spicy kind, are the food I would prefer.
