Dorian (she/they) is a farmer, auntie, community organizer and fourth generation Black Portlander. In her role as Policy and Training Coordinator with the Office of Community Involvement, Dorian brings her wide array of experience from non-profit management and operations, corporate administrative management and DEI consulting.
Dorian is passionate about community care and sees her role within the Office of Community Involvement as a way of helping their community gain access to decision making tables and hopes to ensure that they all be seen, heard and supported.
