Order Ahead Replacement Ballot Request - November 2, 2021 Special Election

In Multnomah County, only the 12,200 voters who live in the City of Fairview, City of Lake Oswego, Lake Oswego School District, or Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue District (TVF&R) received a ballot. The majority of Multnomah County voters do not live in any of these jurisdictions and will not receive a ballot for the November 2, 2021 Special Election.

This online form is to update your address, if necessary, and request a Ballot by Mail or a Will Call Ballot at either location you choose:

If you are picking up a ballot for another member of your household you must bring a signed note from them authorizing you to pick up the ballot. Due to social distancing, you may experience longer wait times to get your Will Call order ahead ballot. If you are registered, or are registering in another county in Oregon, and wish to receive a ballot from that other county, please visit that county elections office to request a ballot. This order ahead form is only for voters registered in Multnomah County.

For Will Call orders, during business hours, a ballot will be available at either office location you specify within two hours. Orders placed outside of business hours or less than two hours before the end of the business day will be available by 10 am the next business day.
