View entire RFP Owner's Representative Services for New Central Courthouse

With this solicitation the County is seeking to acquire an Owner’s Representative firm and/or team with the requisite skills to work with the County’s team to lead and manage the initial phase of the new Central Courthouse. This team will work on a planning and programming due diligence refinement and site selection period followed by an optional procurement, design and construction, and other potential follow-on activities involved in operating a new Central Courthouse for Multnomah County.

Sustainability Questions Used (additional sustainability reference on page 8, 16, 17):

1. Demonstrate how your team will assist the County to achieve LEED Gold Certification or better, Architecture 2030 goals, 2009 Climate Action Plan, and relevant criteria of the material elements of the Living Building Challenge.

2. What sustainability innovations does your organization have to offer in the delivery of services and the scope of the project during Phase 1 and Optional Phases 2, 3 and 4?

3. Demonstrate how your team will assist the County to achieve a high level of participation and utilization of M/W/ESB subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Demonstrate how your team will assist the County to achieve maximum participation of local workers and local businesses.
