The County's Supplier Diversity Program, of which CDEF is one component, is to ensure that Multnomah County provides adequate opportunities and support for all COBID Certified Firms, subcontractors, and apprentices to participate and compete for business opportunities provided through contracts with Multnomah County.
The goal of the Technical Assistance program activity is to provide COBID Certified Firms with support and services that include, but not limited to business training, mentoring, technology selection and training, business/growth planning, networking and other assistance that support COBID Certified Firms in the overall success of their business.
Requests for assistance will be reviewed as soon as they are received. Business owners will be contacted as to the status of their request. Approved applicants will be matched to a Service Provider assigned by the County. Please complete the Technical Assistance Form to begin the process.
