Edline Francois brings over 8 years of experience in the public health field serving communities of color. She has served as a public health consultant, facilitator, equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) professional, and project manager with extensive experience in social determinants of health, implementation science, community outreach, and policy development for marginalized communities.
An expert researcher, Edline has had rigorous training with a focus on human behavior, community development, and public health disparities. She utilizes her expertise to engage partners from community members to healthcare payers to achieve equitable healthcare in Oregon. She recently graduated with a Master of Public Health and concentrated on Health Management and Policy from Portland State University-Oregon Health Science University School of Public Health.
