Under Phase 1 of reopening, our business hours are 8:30 am - 4:00 pm (in person) and 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (Phone/Chat/Email).
At this time, most onsite services are being provided by appointment only. The webpages have instructions and links for scheduling your appointment. Same-day appointments are not available.
A 24-hour Document Drop Box is available near the entrance to the Multnomah Building for dropping off documents and non-cash tax payments. Property Tax payments can be made in person without an appointment between 8:30 and 4:00.
