Electronic Monitoring Case Files (MCSO24-001): Documents case management of at-home clients required to wear electronic monitoring devices. If the client is referred from MCRC, the file is passed through the Electronic Monitoring program. If the client is referred directly from court, the file is created and maintained by the Electronic Monitoring program. A set of files with limited information ("Tech Files") are maintained on all clients. Records include chronological case notes, criminal histories, database printouts (from LEDS, SWIS, PPDS and other law enforcement systems), sentencing orders, consent to search, rules and regulations, release summary, weekly schedule, and related records.
Retention: Retain 3 years after removal of monitor. (MOAR 166-150-0135(30))
