The return of the annual Foot Traffic Flat Half and Full Marathon will impact several Multnomah County roads on Sauvie Island the morning of Sunday, July 4. The running events use a loop route that includes Sauvie Island Road, Gillihan Road and Reeder Road. Runners travel in the clockwise direction of the loop in the inside lane. The outside lane is open to traffic in the counterclockwise direction only on the loop. This traffic pattern will be in place from 5:30 am to 12:30 pm. Drivers should expect delays of up to 15 minutes.
