Project Description
We replaced curb ramps around urban East Multnomah County. The new ramps are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. We replaced 39 older ramps with 53 new ones at 13 different intersections.
This was the first phase of a larger project to replace all non-compliant curb ramps on our county-maintained roads. It is a result of our 2023 ADA Transition Plan.
