Project Description
A failed culvert crossing Woodard Rd. caused a landslide on the side of the road. Multnomah County replaced the culvert and repaired the slope.
Traffic Impact
The repairs required a closure of the road from October 23-30. The road reopened around noon on October 30. Woodard Road was closed to through traffic between SE Nielson Road and E Woodard/NE Springhill Road intersections. Residents and emergency vehicles had access, except to the excavated area of the work zone.
