Information about Multnomah County's recorded documents, property values, and tax amounts is available through our subscription websites:

  • MultcoPropTax.com - property ownership, land and building information, values, and tax amounts. Searchable by owner, address, map, etc.
  • MultcoRecords.com- recorded documents since February 2002.  Searchable by name, date, document type, etc. Note: The image of the document is not shown, but a listing of the relevant information within the document such as the document type, document number, recording dates, party type, parties’ names, legal description etc. An actual image of the document is available for use free of charge in the Multnomah Building, Public Research Room which is located at 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd., Portland, Oregon.

You can use both sites for free at our Customer Service counter in the Multnomah Building (501 SE Hawthorne Blvd, Portland).  Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except for legal holidays. We also have microform property records and recordings predating the websites.

Get a subscription

MultcoRecords is a subscription-only site.  MultcoPropTax has a free guest login (with limited searching);  full access is available by subscription.  One sign-up covers both sites and also gives you access to purchase custom assessment and taxation data reports.

Subscribers pay a one-time account setup fee of $150 for their company or household.  You can request as many user accounts as you need. Searches cost 24 cents each and usage is billed annually.  We’ll provide a usage report by-user with your invoice.

To apply for a subscription to either site (or both), download, fill out, and return application via email to CATBIRD@multco.us or mail the application along with the $150 one-time setup fee to the address below. Please make the check payable to Multnomah County and write “Billing Setup Fee” on the memo line MultcoTaxApplication (62.78 KB)
