The following is a list of reports created with support from Multnomah County Office of Emergency Management or relevant to the work of the department. 

The 2022 Point-In-Time Count is a report detailing the amount of people experiencing homelessness in Multnomah County Oregon.

Critical Energy Infrastructure (CEI) Hub Seismic Risk Analysis was commissioned to quantify potential damages and costs from the impacts of a Cascadia earthquake on the site.

Health Impacts from Excessive Heat Events in Multnomah County, Oregon 2021 summarizes impacts heat wave impacts from excessive heat events in 2021.

The January 2024 Severe Winter Weather Event Preliminary Findings and Action Steps report details key findings from the January 2024 Winter Weather Response, including strengths and areas for improvement.

The Regional Climate and Health Monitoring Report 2012-22 provides data for 11 health indicators and supports adaptation and mitigation work by identifying communities at risk from hazards impacted by climate change. This report was used to support the county's Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan and Community Wildfire Protection Plan. 

Risk of Earthquake-Induced Hazardous Materials Releases in Multnomah County, Oregon: Two Scenarios Examined is a report published by Portland State University's Institute for Sustainable Solutions. The report deepens our understanding of the threats of earthquake-induced HAZMAT releases in Multnomah County by examining additional industrial facilities located in the Highway 30 and North Portland industrial areas beyond the boundaries of the Critical Energy Infrastructure (CEI) Hub and including facilities unrelated to infrastructure.
