" Mark has been a long time member of the Multnomah County Human Services Citizen Budget Advisory Committee (CBAC) serving more than five years. During this time he has served as a representative of the Children’s Mental Health Services Advisory Committee. Through his long-term participation, Mark has demonstrated a commitment and advocacy for mental health services for children and the importance of the supportive services required to help children thrive.

Mark has brought valuable insight to the department through his understanding of the interconnections of the services funded by the Department County Human Services and how they are provided through community partners. His deliberative and thoughtful approach has been a great asset to the CBAC and the Department of County Human Services. We are grateful for his years of service."
