The DCJ Audit's fieldwork objectives are:
1. Assess sanctioning practices, including whether there are disproportionate impacts of jail sanctions on people who are Black, Indigenous, or people of color.
2. Assess DCJ’s supervision practices that provide resources to meet identified needs of those on supervision.
The focus of our audit is DCJ's Adult Services Division.
