Performance Measurement

MultStat

MultStat is the name of Multnomah County's 2008  performance management initiative which allowed policymakers to review operational data in time to make decisions that benefit the County. This resource-intensive process was discontinued in 2009, but many of the concepts and learnings are still in practice today.
