Board to consider $38 million early work package for Health Headquarter construction

Commissioners on Nov. 10 will consider authorizing $38.1 million to begin construction on the new Gladys McCoy Health Department Headquarters. The package is about 60 percent fo the final cost.

Multco seeks early design advice at April 14 hearing

The city of Portland Bureau of Development Services will hold a design advice hearing on the proposed Health Department Headquarter plans on Thursday, April 14, at 1:30 p.m.

Portland City Council approves height increase, clears the way for headquarters project to proceed

The Council amended the city zoning code to increase the maximum base height on a proposed new headquarters. This allows the design to reach 10 stories without obstructing the view of Union Station.
