Multnomah County student health centers are holding back-to-school sports physical clinics in July and August.
Open to all Multnomah County youth. No out-of-pocket cost. You can go to ANY student health center.
Appointments
Make an appointment at your nearest student health center. No drop ins.
Wear shorts and bring glasses if you wear them. Also bring your completed sports physical form.
