2023 Martin Luther King Jr. Day Closures

Please note that many Multnomah County services offered over email, phone, and in-person will be unavailable on Monday, Jan. 16 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, including:

◼ Multnomah County Health Department and Health Center clinics, Student Health Centers, and telemedicine services  

◼ Multnomah County Division of Recording, Assessment, and Taxation in-person, email, chat, and phone services 

◼️  Multnomah County Library branches and administration offices 

◼️ Multnomah County Animal Services (with exception of Emergency Services 503- 988-7387)

Normal business hours will resume Countywide on Tuesday, Jan. 17.
