Updated at 6 p.m. with Court information
Multnomah County offices and services will have a delayed opening at 10 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2024. Multnomah County Circuit Court will also open with a two-hour delay at 10 a.m.
This will allow the County to maintain critical operations at warming shelters until mid-morning, and give staff and County residents extra time to travel safely to County buildings in what is expected to be difficult circumstances. This includes libraries, clinics and Animal Services.
The County continues to have a critical need for staff tonight through tomorrow morning. Anyone who can safely walk or travel to a shelter, please consider signing up to volunteer, especially for overnight shifts tonight or early morning shifts Wednesday. We need your help to ensure these life-saving resources stay open through the weather emergency. Find opportunities and sign up here.
