The Multnomah County Health Department and Portland Public School officials will hold a press briefing today at 2:30 p.m. at Creston School, 4701 SE Bush St., Portland, OR 97206.
Health officials will describe what to expect at today’s clinic to screen K-8 students and pregnant staff for blood lead levels. Officials will explain the screenings, answer questions and provide additional information on further reducing risk of exposure to lead.
Media are invited to see the clinic set-up and what parents and families can expect during the screenings.
